NEAT STUFF FOR SALE, INC.
Neat Stuff for Sale is a new way to buy and sell online. NSFS taps into the dissatisfaction of millions of users of other online auction sites who have been squeezed by high fees and restrictive user agreements. NSFS has already posted a cash dividend of 10% to investors in its first
four months of operation since being acquired by Gunther Grant, Inc. We anticipate this trend to continue into the next quarter and beyond. Gunther Grant,
Inc. is currently working towards making Neat Stuff for Sale, Inc. a public company.
When you sell items on auction sites like eBay, you are exposed to the following:
- High listing fees
- One week auction duration (If you need 10 days, there is an extra charge). One week listings mean that you miss potential bidders who do not happen to see the item you are selling during that particular week. In turn, this causes the seller to continually re-list until the item sells, incurring yet MORE fees.
- HIGH final value fees
- Payment fees
- Buyers who back out, causing the seller to have to re-list
- No protection against "bad bidders". One-sided feedback system.
- Restrictions on which forms of payment sellers may accept. (Sellers may not state that they accept checks or money orders. They must accept PayPal, which means...MORE FEES!
With Neat Stuff For Sale, sellers pay $4.00 and that's it. PERIOD! The $4.00 includes:
- One time listing fee of $4.00 for a three month duration (thats .33 cents per week). Items are more likely to sell in three months than in one week.
- NO final value fees - NO payment fees - NO added fees of any kind.
- If someone
agrees to buy an item, the item will remain for sale until the seller is paid. If the buyer changes his mind or is not serious about buying the item, the seller loses nothing. The item will remain listed until it either sells or the seller removes the listing.
- Sellers may choose to accept credit cards, money orders, checks, cash, "Pay on Pick Up" or even TRADE. It's always up to the seller to decide which form of payment he would like to accept for any given sale.
- NSFS will NOT allow inferior items or junk to be sold on its site. This mean that potential buyers will not have to weed through web pages of unwanted garbage in order to find better items for sale.
- The seller has full control over setting the price and accepting or rejecting offers.
